Context

I just experienced an odd ocurrence, when asking (Google) Gemini to make a melody generator, I said that sustained notes should repeat to which it refused as it wanted to avoid “machine-gunning tones”.

I said that I wanted it to do it, using its own terms, and a big warning showed up at the top saying not to take (Google) Gemini seriously. How silly, it’s triggered by its own words.

It’s nice that they have guardrails but shouldn’t it also be applied to what they say?
