Dependencies

I want to make an animator for vector graphics that is better than WebVG, it’s a nice mockup/goal but has far too many issues. The addition of dependencies will help.

The License will become all-in-one, it’s good to know that I can just name it LICENSE.md and use markdown. While handy this does lose the license details but that’s fine (how does Github not know, can’t it read?).
